If you feel we haven't resolved things properly, please tell us. We would appreciate one last chance to put things right. If we've misunderstood something, a further review may help us resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.
We have effective measures in place to monitor complaints, including regular audits and management review. If, despite our best efforts, for any disputes that cannot be resolved after 21 days, the incident shall be referred to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) Mediation Panel for resolution by mediation.

Additional Charges
For urgent delivery, charges can range between $150-$250 for different models of massage chairs/sofas and is subjected to delivery slots availability.
In cases of trade-in massage chairs that needs collection from a different location to the delivery address, there will be a $100 surcharge.
For undelivered items/items not collected within 3 months, a storage fee of $120 per month will be imposed for massage chairs/sofas and $30 per month for all other small products.

Our Small Products delivery services are supported by Pickupp. You can track the delivery status on Pickupp website here. Your tracking number is your order number (10000XXXX) which you can find at the start of this email.
Massage Chairs or Massage Sofas (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):
We will contact you within 1-3 business days after you have placed your online order, to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and while we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery, we will endeavour to meet your requirements where possible.
We strive to process all orders within 2 workings days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
Please note that the average 1-2 working day processing time is an average required to check payment, pick, pack and dispatch your order and the order cut off time is 12pm noon. This means that if you place your order on a Monday before 12pm, in 90% of the cases, you will likely receive the order by Saturday the same week for small products.
For massage chairs and sofas, delivery is typically made within 7-14 working days after our acceptance of your order but subject to stock availability.
If you purchase a massage chair/sofa and any other items, all the items will be delivered together with your massage chair/sofa.
Some orders may take longer to process if it was received during the weekend (Fri after 12pm - Sunday midnight), during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.
Small Products (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):
We use local couriers (Ninjavan) to facilitate the delivery of our orders; therefore it would usually take place between 9am to 10pm, six days a week. Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.) at this moment. Kindly note that we are not able to issue a refund due to unforeseen circumstances if Ninjavan does not deliver on time. Please note that Ninjavan operates on a best effort basis.
In the event of a failed delivery (ie. no one at home to receive), you will receive an email from Ninjavan for re-delivery. They will attempt re-delivery for another 2 tries before the parcel is returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee of $8 (for small products) will be charged to resend the order.
Massage Chairs or Massage Sofas (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):

Delivery will take place between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays and between 10am to 1pm, Saturdays. Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Our friendly delivery team will call you 1 -2 days before delivery as a gentle reminder before delivering the Massage Chair or Massage Sofa. Should you not able to answer their call, they will still proceed to deliver your item.
In the event that there is no one is at home to receive the delivery, our team will leave a “Unsuccessful Delivery” note stating that they attempted to deliver the item. You may call the number stated on the note to arrange for another delivery schedule.

Accuracy of Charges
Our business is committed to avoid over and under charging and to ensure correct change is given. The business is GST registered (GST Reg no: M2-0062538-2), all prices are inclusive of 7% GST and in Singapore currency. Prices are communicated clearly to customers prior to purchase.
There will be no hidden costs in the actual sales carried out. Payments are reflected clearly on the invoices/sales orders issued upon customers’ final payments. Correct change will be given back to customers.
To enable us to ensure the smooth processing of your orders, the following payment polices will apply to all online orders placed with OSIM:-

If you have purchased a product by making payment via an instalment plan, OSIM shall be entitled to, in OSIM’s sole discretion, reject your request for a refund.
