We are looking for a result oriented, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Human Resources team. A People’s person with a positive can do attitude and aptitude to manage employee engagement activities and recruitment drives. An organized and meticulous initiator who is able to work independently and also a team player who is committed and able to contribute to the department and organizational needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, attending and facilitating interviews for/with the hiring managers and the candidates, employment offer and negotiation of salary package.
Attend career fairs, campus recruitment and manage internship program.
Improve and guide new hires through on-boarding program.
Plan and deliver events to ensure that employees are well informed of corporate events through effective communication channels.
Liaise closely with management in planning initiatives and activities.
Responsible in the full cycle of planning, executing and reviewing of activities within approved budget.
Experience in payroll will be an added advantage.
Support all other HR related initiatives/ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary.
Degree in a HR-related discipline with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a fast-paced work environment.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak fluently and write well in both English and Chinese in order to work with our Chinese speaking associates in overseas offices.
Proficient with MS Office.
Available immediately/within short notice is highly preferred.
