Handle customer enquiries via email, phone call, social media platforms and walk-in
Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution
Generate daily sales report from Company’s sales system
Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customer to achieve total customer satisfaction
Record product quality and customer response trends on timely basis
To deal with internal stakeholders enquiries and request
Participation in customer-retention programs
Minimum ‘O’ Level
Minimum 1 year related working experience will be preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese, to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
Must be able to commit to 5.5 day work week
Must be able to comply to company’s grooming standards
Excellent telephone etiquette
Basic Microsoft Office skills
