In charge of full spectrum of Office/Building management duties.
Plan and supervise the maintenance of essential facilities like elevators, air-conditioning system, exhaust and ventilation system, environment control equipment, lighting/electrical systems, fire detection and firefighting system.
Review and negotiate all office and warehouse equipment contracts, agreements.
Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of office, meeting rooms, pantries, washrooms, etc.(i.e pest control, general waste and scrap disposals).
Liaise with contractors for general office and building defects, maintenance of premises and request of services, office renovations, phone lines connection, etc.
Attend to building inspection by government agencies such as NEA/SCDF/JTC/BCA.
In charge of workplace health & safety.
Co-ordination with insurance brokers on company general insurance.
Manage general administrative related matters such as setup new employee workstation, office layout update, etc.
Ensure legal compliance with government agencies.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building / Facility Management;
Knowledge of Building Management System, Fire Protection System, Security Access Control & Monitoring System.
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience;
Fire safety certification.
Open to standby 24 hours for emergency / alarm activation and on weekends for maintenance work if required.
Self-driven, independent yet work as a team player.
Proficient with computer & Microsoft office is necessary.
