OSIM uDream.AI Takashimaya Prestige Edition Warranty Policy

1. OSIM 2 Years uDream.AI Standard Warranty Terms & Conditions
Below terms and conditions are applicable to the OSIM uDream.AI Takashimaya Prestige Edition Well-being Chair (“Product”) purchased from and registered with OSIM International Pte. Ltd. ("OSIM").
1.1 The warranty is offered by OSIM to the purchaser of the Product ("product") and is only valid in Singapore.
1.2 The warranty offered by OSIM, that begins upon the day of delivery for a period of 2 years from the time of delivery
1.3 This warranty is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party, and is only for the first purchaser of the Product who has registered the Product with OSIM. The warranty is not a guarantee or promise relating to the nature of the material, workmanship or performance of the product.
1.4 The warranty covers mechanical and/or electrical defects (please refer to "Exclusions from Coverage" below):
1.5 Exclusions from Coverage:
1.5.1 Any damage or defect due to standard wear and tear;
1.5.2 Any non-mechanical items such as, but not limited to, paint, coloring, accessories, detachable plugs/attachments and/or product finishes;
1.5.3 Upholstery defects, including but not limited to stains from liquids, gels or transferable items, marks from frequent usage, poor storage conditions, or scratches and abrasions from external objects. A technical evaluation is required to ascertain upholstery defects, and, if determined thereafter to be the result of manufacturer defect(s), affected parts will be replaced (there is an ordering lead time of averagely 12 to 18 weeks and colors/material might differ slightly from the original product's upholstery);
1.5.4 Consumable items used in or with the product such as (but not limited to) scent pods;
1.5.5 User-performed routine maintenance and cleaning as indicated in the operating/owner's manual;
1.5.6 Unauthorized modifications made to the product, altered serial numbers or repairs performed by non-authorized repairers;
1.5.7 Any damages caused to the OSIM Product resulting from the customer dismantling or taking apart the OSIM Product on their own are not covered under this warranty; if dismantling is required, please contact our Customer Service.
1.5.8 External faults such as wiring and electrical connection or defects from using wrong electrical supply;
1.5.9 Accidental or intentional physical damage or poor storage conditions;
1.5.10 Damage as a result of natural disasters, civil unrest, fire, theft, spilled liquids, corrosion, environmental elements, animal or insect infestation;
1.5.11 Commercial use (multi-user organizations), public rental, use for profit or communal use for multi-family housing;
1.5.12 Diagnosis where no defect has been found or noted;
1.5.13 Under no circumstances shall coverage extend to any loss or injury to a person or loss damage to property or any incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages or any direct or indirect loss;
1.6 OSIM has the sole option to repair or to replace a product with like kind, quality and specifications in the event of product malfunction. If the product is replaced, the warranty will be automatically terminated. The product with the original warranty will then become the property of OSIM (if replacement is accepted by the customer) without need for further authorization.
1.7 The total value of all repairs and/or replacements made during the term of the warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
1.8 The 30-Day User Verification Period (UVP) is a period automatically provided (after repairs by OSIM) for products WITHOUT any warranty. Customers can use this UVP to observe their product after repair. Any defects, within this 30-day UVP, for the same product, the company will repair for free. For product that malfunction at the last 30 days of their warranty period, the UVP will be provided as well.
1.9 OSIM extended warranty may only be purchased for the Product within the first year of the date of purchase of the Product. Such extended warranty shall be on the same terms as the uDream.AI Standard Warranty Terms & Conditions (as defined above). 2. OSIM 5 Years Complimentary Servicing Terms & Conditions
The OSIM 5-Year Complimentary Servicing shall commence from the date of product delivery and shall remain valid for a continuous period of five (5) consecutive years thereafter. The complimentary servicing shall include Chair General Maintenance Services, as determined by OSIM, and the waiver of standard service charges for eligible servicing visits. All servicing is subject to OSIM’s assessment of the product condition and must be carried out by authorised OSIM service personnel. OSIM reserves the right to amend, vary, or terminate these terms and conditions without prior notice.

2.1 Scope of Service for Chair General Maintenance
Chair general maintenance service is limited to standard operational maintenance as defined solely by OSIM and is provided at OSIM’s discretion.
Included checks (where applicable):
Control Panel / Remote Controller functionality
Backrest Mechanism Massage Assembly
Footrest Massage Assembly
Seat Mechanism Massage Assembly
Air Massage Function
Exclusions:
Cosmetic cleaning (e.g. dirt, stains, surface wear)
Replacement of consumable or wear-and-tear parts (e.g. covers, cushions, remote batteries, etc.)
Repairs or services beyond basic functionality checks, including any damage due to misuse, unauthorised modifications, or non-manufacturing faults.

2.1.1 Eligibility
The purchaser shall be entitled to 5 f years of chair general maintenance. Each servicing consists of a systematic inspection and functional check to ensure the massage chair operates at optimal performance levels. This service reflects our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

2.1.2 Validity
Chair general maintenance is available once per year, for a total of 5 times from the date of delivery. Each annual service must be redeemed within it’s respective year; any unused entitlement will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward.

2.2 Standard Service Charge Waiver
The waiver entitles the purchaser to be liable only for the cost of spare parts in the event of any repair of the Product during the validity period. For the avoidance of doubt, the purchaser shall not be required to pay any labour, service, and/or transportation charges, and shall only be responsible for the cost of the required spare parts for any repair. This Standard Service Charge Waiver shall be valid for a continuous period of five (5) consecutive years from the date of product delivery.

3. $1,000 Lifetime Saving for Future Chair Upgrade Terms & Conditions
3.1 The $1,000 Lifetime Saving is applicable only for a one-time upgrade from the current purchase of the uDream.AI Well-being Chair to future OSIM Well-being Chair model of the same or higher category, as determined by OSIM at its sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, this $1,000 Lifetime saving cannot be applied to the purchase of lower-tier or lower category chairs.
3.2 The $1,000 savings must be applied in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases.
3.3 This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other forms of credit.
3.4 OSIM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

4. Non-Transferability
This service is strictly non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser or registered recipient listed in our system.

5. Forfeiture of Unused Service
If the annual complimentary servicing is not booked and completed within the respective 12-month eligibility period, it will be considered forfeited. No extensions, refunds, or substitutions will be provided.

6. Booking & Availability
All complimentary servicing must be scheduled in advance and is subject to appointment availability. OSIM reserves the right to allocate servicing slots based on operational capacity and resource availability.

7. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
OSIM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this complimentary servicing policy at any time without prior notice. The latest terms will be published on our official website.
