SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, CRM STRATEGY

Job Summary:

As a Senior Executive – Branding & Strategic Marketing, you play an important global role in the proposition, development, implementation and management of branding, marketing and product strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop effective and creative product strategies for new product launches
Lead, plan and oversee the development of marketing assets in alignment with the brand and product strategies
Work closely with graphic designers, production houses, creative agencies and vendors to deliver all marketing assets, such as ATL, BTL and online materials
Work closely with product and digital technology teams in order to ensure alignment of product user experience and user touchpoints with branding and strategic marketing plans
Manage and execute strategic marketing plans smoothly to facilitate product launches in the regional key markets
Maintain and monitor campaign metrics, track performance and results over time
Study market trends, customer behaviour and competitions’ activities
Keep abreast of market development and product innovations

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma preferably in Marketing, Communication or Business Management
At least 2 years working experience in consumer product marketing and brand management with strong exposure to all elements in the marketing mix, preferably in the retail industry
Prior experience in digital marketing and/or creative agency in generating marketing materials would be an added advantage
Internet and social media savvy
Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) as need to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates as well as for content translation of marketing materials
Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and some basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Creative, have an eye on details and a good sense of aesthetics
Positive, self-motivated, with a strong drive and passion for marketing
Adaptable, resourceful and independent to work in a fast paced and challenging industry
Dynamic team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously
