Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to OF Exec to perform all invoicing timely and accurately with complete shipping doc to Subsidiaries and Franchisees
Submission of invoices timely to Account for payment
Liaise with Stores for stock enquiry and transfer transaction to support Subsidiaries & Franchisees
E-filing of all necessary documents relating to order fulfilment
Coordinating of shipments for export orders to Subsidiaries & Franchisees
Perform all billing of ad-hoc cost & Monthly 1% spare part to Subsidiaries & Franchisees
Provide support in applying Country Origin Certificate with Chamber
Provide Order Fulfilment support to some Franchisees
Supporting other admin-related functions and ad-hoc issues
