CORPORATE SALES COORDINATOR

Job Description:

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Coordinator to add to our team who can provide excellent after-sales support. The Corporate Sales Coordinator must be able to work independently, multi-task and coordinate with various departments and customers to ensure smooth operation and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness
Liaise and oversee delivery arrangements with clients
Co-ordinate after-sales support to clients when needed. E.g., Returns, warranty issues and billing
Prepare and maintain inter-department documentations, plans and reports.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
Minimally ‘o’ level & above
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navison will be a plus
Proficient in Ms Word, Excel and Power point
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Good organization skills
