ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, drive customer engagement and deliver business growth. From new product launches and CRM initiatives to digital marketing, retail activations and strategic partnerships, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the full customer journey.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Campaign Strategy & Brand Marketing
- Develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels to achieve brand and sales objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights and campaign performance to identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong business outcomes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Develop CRM initiatives that strengthen customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty.
- Plan and manage customer communications across EDM, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push, Direct Mail and other CRM touchpoints.
- Analyse customer data and campaign performance to optimise segmentation, personalisation and customer lifetime value.
- Drive customer journeys, automated campaigns and loyalty initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Commerce
- Develop digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement and online sales.
- Drive social media strategy and content planning across key platforms.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and TikTok Live initiatives to support product launches and business growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and consumer insights.

4. Partnerships & Retail Marketing
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that enhance brand awareness and create new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales and Retail teams to develop marketing initiatives that drive store traffic and sales.
- Support the planning and execution of retail activations, events and experiential campaigns.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Design teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
At least 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, consumer or lifestyle brands.
Experience in integrated marketing, CRM, digital marketing and campaign management.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable analysing campaign performance and using data to make recommendations.
A proactive, resourceful and hands-on individual who enjoys taking ownership and driving initiatives independently.
Experience with social media platforms and CRM platforms will be an advantage.
