Job Responsibilities:

Account Management and Development

Achieve top line revenue and market development targets
Collaborate with business partners to develop business strategies directing towards business growth
Advise and support partners’ operational plans; pertaining to sales, business development, sales channel expansions, product planning, brand marketing, inventory management, and other relevant initiatives, geared towards achieving the business goals
Manage commercial correspondences between headquarters with partners including inbound feedback from end customers
Provide analysis of monthly sales and operation report, including monthly financial reports
Independently handle enquiries, suggestions, proposals and complaints by partners
To build and maintain healthy working partnerships with partners

Job Requirements:

Bachelor in Business Administration / Marketing
Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounts management involving senior management
Able to work independently; multi-tasking and under pressure in a fast pace environment
Possess a positive working attitude and solutions-driven
Numerate and possess business sense
Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English & Chinese, is needed to manage commercial correspondences with mandarin speaking associates
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel for work requirements on a regular basis
